Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation is by 6:00PM day of arrival, if you cancel after 6 you will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay.

No-Show Policy:

No-shows will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay.

Pet Policy:

Pets are restricted to certain room types. Those who travel with their pets should contact our reservations specialists ahead of time to obtain the proper room type. There is a $20 a day pet fee.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking in a non- smoking room will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

Taxes:

Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.

Damages:

All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.
